ELE 6400 Is Putting Heated Air Into the Squirrel Fan Side of the Air Mover. The Air Mover is Pushing the Heated Air Into the Ceiling Cavity. The Thermostat Probe Is Put Into the Ceiling Cavity. This Gives the Actual Temperature Inside the Ceiling Cavity. Using 2 Heating Elements We Were Able To Get the Temperature to 110° In About 15 Minutes

Using the Eliminator and a Air Mover to Float Carpet (Heat Drying). We used 2 circuits of the Eliminator. We ducted the heat through Mylar ducting to the squirrel fan (air intake) side of a air mover. The thermostat sensor was on top of the carpet, but you can also put the sensor under the carpet. The sensor and thermostat are a very important part of heat drying. The thermostat allows us to control the heat used to dry the carpet, padding and subfloor.

VapairVent works Zipwall Pole. You supply the Zipwall pole which is available at Industry Supply Houses. Remove the bottom rubber foot cap from Zipwall pole. Extend the pole so the black plastic plug moves into pole, allowing you to insert the Vent Hood stem into the pole. Secure ducting onto the Vent Hood prior to placing Vent Hood on the pole. Extend the Vent Hood, using the Zipwall pole, to cover the exhaust outlet in the bathroom

ELE 6400, Eliminator and VapairVent System In Action

Pipe broke in bathroom upstairs. Water went down all 3 floors. The upstairs had very little damage. The middle floor had wet walls, contents and floorings. The basement got hit the worst as you can see.

ELE 6400 used to inplace dry this nice home without demolition.
